Liene is a photographer from Riga, specializing in portrait and event photography, as well as various creative projects. Both black and white and color photography are her means of expression, in which the nuances of light and shadow play an important role, revealing everyday moments from a new perspective.
In addition to digital work, Liene is also passionate about analog photography, which gives her personal and professional projects a special, timeless feel.
Liene is a graduate of the ISSP program "Developing the Language of Photography", where she perfected her unique visual style by exploring the boundaries between tradition and contemporary techniques.
In 2024, Liene participated in the performative group exhibition "Pielaiko Laulibu", curated by Iveta Gabalina.
In 2025, Liene participated in the group exhibition "Pārnese", curated by Iveta Gabalina and Aleksejs Beleckis.
